This course is for anyone stuck in the confusion and fear of depersonalization or derealization. I’ve been there — and I know how lost you can feel when your mind doesn’t feel like your own anymore.
In this course, I explain in simple, direct language what’s actually happening in your brain. We look at the fight-or-flight system, why DPDR symptoms show up, and — most importantly — how to break the cycle. You’ll learn how your thoughts affect your nervous system, and how to rebuild safety, step by step.
We also go into how lifestyle plays a role. You don’t need to be perfect — but small changes can support your healing in a big way. You’ll get mindset tools and perspective shifts to help you come back to yourself.
I won’t lie to you or sell you magical thinking. But I will promise this: if you listen, apply what I teach, and stay consistent — you will fully recover.

Who am I?
Hey, I’m Niels — and I’m living proof that full recovery from DPDR is not only possible, but life-changing.
A few years ago, I suddenly felt disconnected from myself and the world. It was like living in a dream I couldn’t wake up from. Nothing felt real. I didn’t understand what was happening, and for a while, I felt completely lost.
But that was just the beginning.
Through deep inner work, mindset shifts, and a lot of trial and error, I found my way out. I learned what actually works — and what doesn’t. I didn’t just recover…
I grew. I became clearer, stronger, and more grounded than I’ve ever been.
Today, I’ve been completely free from DPDR for over a year, and I feel more alive and connected than ever.
I created this course because I want to share the exact path that helped me — a practical, honest, and empowering roadmap to real recovery.
